Immaculate quality and excellent communication is our gift to clients.
As a standard service, we use a 3-stage translation workflow that includes translation, editing and proofreading. This process can eliminate the translation errors such as mistranslations, grammatical problems and stylistic issues. We also run standard automatic checks for all materials, covering spelling, numbers, punctuation, consistency and terminology.
Apart from eliminating translation errors, we believe that terminological and stylistic consistency is also indispensable to providing high quality work.
We employ Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) tools for most jobs, which helps to provide consistent terminology usage and style. We also create, manage and maintain client specific translation memories to provide consistency over the long term for our clients.
We proactively and very closely collaborate with our clients on translation jobs; for example, we do ask for technical clarification and terminological approvals whenever necessary.
We also believe in continuity with respect to client specific project teams. A linguist with a long term experience regarding the same client can provide a much better and consistent quality, so we strive to use the same team of linguists for the same client.
